Well known celebrity gardener's will be sharing their expertise

will be judged by the RHS on Tues 14 June and  include:

Planting Paper designed by Suzi Mclaughlin
A garden created entirely from laser cut and origami paper flowers. Suzi graduated from Birmingham University in 2010 and has already been snapped up for high profile retail commissions. Trees, flowers, birds and butterflies will be skillfully crafted from paper to create this colourful and unique masterpiece.
Suzi will also be running origami demos from the stand so visitors can take part.

The Garden of Dreams sponsored by Honda and designed by Rebecca Govier.
This is the first time Rebecca Govier has designed an RHS Show Garden. Inspired by the company’s philosophy – the ‘Power of Dreams’ – Soft dreamy plantings contrast with a dynamic, spiral pathway that leads into a contemplation pool. The pool is shaped like a keyhole, suggesting a portal to another place.

Remember the Dream sponsored by Macmillan has been designed by the 2010 RHS Gold medalist Yvinne Mathews.
This year Yvonne Mathews has joined forces with Macmillan Cancer Support to build a garden to celebrate Macmillan’s centenary. The garden is inspired by the song ‘Remember the Dream’ by James Ingram, the lyrics of the song are used throughout the garden, such as ‘You’re not alone…..somebody cares’.

The garden will have sweeping drifts of roses and lavender mingling with obelisks of sweet peas and clematis. A pathway of camomile will lead to a double swing seat at the centre of the garden, a quiet and reflective spot to dream. At the front of the garden is a wishing pool giving visitors the opportunity to help Macmillan with the work they do.

Heart Healthy Garden sponsored by Flora pro.activ is designed by Paul Baines of John Woods Nurseries
Inspired by interior designer and Flora pro.activ brand ambassador Linda Barker’s London Garden.

Monty Don

Monty's garden is proving that vegetables can grow alongside flowers and look just as good.

Gardener’s World presenter, Monty Don has been showing us how he integrates vegetables and edible plants into his garden at Longmeadow, choosing varieties that are not only great to eat but look good too.  Hopefully he will be sharing some of his love for edibles at this year’s event.

The Show is also a hotbed for new designers and up and coming talent showcased in some really exciting ventures including:

Edible Patches.
These seek to display innovative ways of growing edible plants in a small space measuring 1.5m x 2.5m. Seek inspiration as to how you can creatively incorporate an attractive and functional plot into your own garden. Visitors are invited to vote for the patch that they believe is the most productive at the show.

Birmingham Borders
These are unique to BBC Gardeners’ World Live providing an opportunity for horticultural students and budding gardeners to experience the design, planning and build of a horticultural exhibit in a show environment. Their relative size makes them ideal for transferring ideas to your own garden.
